Sound Test for Android TV

Review: Multi-channel audio testing tool for Android TV devices such as NVidia SHIELD, Google Nexus Player, and Sony TV BRAVIA 4K 2015.

This application provides real-time generation of a 5.1 multi-channel sound track for the purpose of testing your audio system. The available channels include: Front Left, Front Right, Center, LFE, Surround Left, and Surround Right. Users have the option to individually select any channel for output.

Using this utility, users can conduct various quality assessments on their TV audio system, soundbar, or AV system.

Please be aware that this application is currently in the development phase and is a beta version. Your feedback on the functionality of the 5.1 test on your device is appreciated. Notably, the Sony Bravia TV is reported to downmix the 5.1 stream to 2 channels.
